Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, log in to your account, go to your 'Order History,' and select 'Cancel.' Follow the easy steps. For better chances, cancel before your order ships.  

Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, cancellations can’t be processed. If you need help, please reach out to customer support as soon as possible before the order ships.  

Custom or personalized items can’t be canceled once production begins. Please double-check your order before finalizing, as these products are made just for you.  

If your order is canceled, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Refund times can vary depending on your payment provider.  

Shipping Details

We deliver all across India. At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping, but we’re hoping to expand soon.  

Generally, delivery takes 3-8 business days depending on your location. We process orders in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll look into it and offer you either a replacement or a refund.  

Once your order is processed or shipped, we can’t change the address. If it’s still being processed, please get in touch with us right away, and we’ll do our best to assist you.  

Returns & Refunds

To return an item, simply email us within 48 hours or log into your account. The item must be unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging.  

Due to hygiene and policy reasons, items like innerwear, swimwear, personalized products, and sale items can’t be returned.  

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.  

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you face any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
